Last year 2,700 stories were shared about health and care services across Scotland on Care Opinion. These stories highlight the great care being delivered by services every day, as well as identifying opportunities for learning and improvement.
We want to see even more staff across health and care services in Scotland reading, responding to and sharing stories. We want to tell you about Care Opinion, how to get the most out of it, help make sure you are getting stories about your service, give you some tips on responding to stories and much more!

Responding to stories
If you’ve been asked to or would like to respond to stories on Care Opinion, take a look at our helpful video. To respond you need to make sure you have the right access. Contact your subscription manager or us to find out if you don’t know.

Setting up email alerts
The very first thing you need to do on your Care Opinion is to make sure you are getting alerts about the services that matter to you. This video will show you how to set these up. Again, you need to make sure you have the right access.

How-To videos: Making the most of Care Opinion
As well as a place to receive and respond to feedback, Care Opinion has some really great reports and visualisations you can use to explore your feedback themes, as well as easily share an overview of your feedback with your colleagues. We have created a help page of useful videos which can show you how to create these for yourself whenever you like.
