(as a service user),

My husband spoke to our GP about my low feelings. I had tried to go myself but could never admit it. He referred me to Mental Health services to a lovely Nurse named Geraldine. I was started on medication and seen weekly while awaiting psychology. I haven’t look back again and I’m so grateful to have my life back.
