Dear Service User

Many thanks for taking the time to give your feedback about the MHID service to JW. It helps us to make important changes to improve the service we offer you and other people.

You said that you would like more explanation about when your appointments are with our service. To give you time to prepare for your appointments, we are going to ask your support staff to give you more notice about the dates of the appointments by using a visual weekly schedule in your room. We are also going to ask staff to talk to you about the things that might be discussed in your appointment so that they can explain this before your appointment. We hope that this action will help you make the best use of your appointments at the MHID clinic. When the change is made, please let us know if your appointment times and the purpose of your appointments are clearer.

I'm also very pleased to see that you feel happy with all of the other parts of your care experience included in your feedback such as your environment, waiting times, being involved in decisions and being listened to. These are all really important parts of everyone's experience and so it is brilliant to see that you feel happy about all of these things.

It also sounds like you have learnt from and found the mindfulness group positive which is great!
