(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I found my experience of Liscarney House Day Hospital a very caring and helpful from day one.

I was encouraged to speak freely in confidence which meant so much to me - I had a lot to say and was listened to. I really enjoyed group discussions.

i found nothing to be unhelpful that i can recall

Some of us [service users] feel the parking is very restricted. Some of the days more heating would be helpful, otherwise i have nothing more to suggest to improve the service.

thank you so much for your feedback about your experience of Liscarney House Acute Day Hospital which you found helpful at a time when you needed help and support. The multidisciplinary team are dedicated practitioners whose role is to facilitate your return to well-health and recovery through listening to, understanding and supporting you when you are feeling most in need. Thank-you for raising the issue about available parking spaces. Plans are in place for additional parking spaces at the rear of the building which hopefully will go some way to addressing this very real problem. Again, thanks for identifying the issues around heating and varying temperature of the building. A review of the heating is underway with upgrading of the heating system planned for the near future. Thanks again for taking the time to give us your opinions on our service as your views are essential in helping the service develop in a way that best meets our service-users needs.
