"Feel like I am not understood"

(as the patient),

I feel there is great people working up there in mental health team sligo very intelligent group. But i do feel very confused about how it runs. I've just been asked a bunch of questions on my second visit with no help for me on my lowest days just a lot of questions and no therapy.

I really wanna talk out stuff and get to work on myself soon as i can. I always feel on the clock up there and sense the anxiety knowing the place gets through a lot of people every day, due to high demand.

You can just sense they are very busy and I'm aware alot about that. I think there are great doctors just being given alot to deal with,  I guess due to the epidemic in the condition.
