Veterans Passports
Today we celebrate the amazing work done at the Stockport NHS Foundation Trust in bringing in their amazing Veterans Passport.
The passport helps veterans attending Stockport NHS services by holding information about their medical history allowing them to provide relevant details to medical professionals without having to discuss experiences which they may find upsetting and traumatic.
