Care Opinion has been chosen by the Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland as the online patient feedback platform for health and social care services across the region.
During the first half of 2020, we have been working with health and social care trusts and other parts of the health/care system to ensure our service can be used by patients, carers, service users and staff in Northern Ireland.
There will be a formal launch of Care Opinion during summer 2020.
