East Renfrewshire Health & Social Care Partnership at the Care Opinion Conference 2021
Today we celebrate East Renfrewshire HSCP and their success with online feedback.
On 21 October, the partnership shared their experience of working with Care Opinion in their services at our national online conference.
Deirdre McCormick, Chief Nurse at East Renfrewshire HSCP, shone a light on the lessons learned while implementing Care Opinion, with honesty, passion and encouragement.
She amazed us with her support for staff who may have fears about online feedback, reassuring them that her own experience has resulted in valuable lessons and benefits from receiving stories about health and social care.
