Why do people share their stories?
In October we surveyed 448 people in Northern Ireland who had shared feedback on Care Opinion. 27% of these responded to our survey. A large majority reported a positive experience of online feedback.
These findings are consistent with Oxford University’s previous research on why people post feedback online. These findings are very encouraging as we continue to work with the Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland to extend the awareness, use and impact of online feedback across the system.
