Today we would like to celebrate the thoughtful, personal & kind responses from staff at Inclusion. Several staff have been identified as 'Star Responders' and we think this is so important as a good response can make all the difference to the person who has taken the time to share their story on Care Opinion.
There are so many staff sharing great responses and we wish we could share them all but here are a couple of snippets from what we think are great responses to stories on Care Opinion about Inclusion services:
Response from Tony Burkitt, Volunteer Coordinator, Inclusion Isle of Wight.
"We not only appreciate your feedback but also appreciate your continued support in making change happen, and highlighting things which we may have missed. We look forward to seeing how this develops and indeed look forward to the end results. Thanks again for your input, continued support, and we wish you good luck with your continued recovery journey".

Response from Isobel Saunders, Inclusion Thurrock IAPT.
"It is very true what you mentioned regarding being cured, you are now more self-aware, more able to identify your feelings and why you are feeling that way, so better equipped for any situations/circumstances life throws to you in the future".
