"Depression relapse"

An unexpected loss of my job combined with so much stress sent me into a depression relapse.

I had depression before but this time was so much worse. I had thoughts of harming myself and wanted to give up on life. 

I could not cope with all the mental health episodes over the last 10 years between anxiety and depression. They kept blowing up my life.

The crisis team responded to me so quickly which i was impressed with and having multiple people on the team to check on my was good.
