(as a service user),

I’m very grateful to the Crisis Resolution Team and the Community Mental Health Clinic for their ongoing support. I felt listened to, understood, and well supported throughout a very challenging time.

Their care helped me stay functioning, continue working, and manage day-to-day life. The follow-up support was especially reassuring, and I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism shown to me.
