(as a service user),

Since joining Dochas, we have moved on a bit. We have new furnishings and we are receiving materials for arts and crafts. While this is all good, there are other issues. I attend a forum meeting and stuff that comes up has not been addressed. To make life better for the adults of the children with scizzophrenia and bipolar disorder, for us to move on in the forum, the issues need to be addressed. I would like to hear what you can about this to resolve the problem.

We absolutely address all member concerns regarding our services and we will consider all relevant feedback in a process of continuous review and improvement. From reading the story we consider there to be an overlap of issues between different services attended by the member. We will pass pertinent points raised to the other services so that our member obtains comfort that all points raised have been passed to the correct channels so that they are properly addressed to the complete satisfaction of our member.
