(as a service user),

I was recently hospitalised due to a severe mental health issue. I had never felt so bad in a long time. I felt like I was losing my mind and that there was no way out and no hope. The team at the hospital referred me to the Sligo crisis team. They came out the next day and continued to come each day until I was stable. I saw a different person each day, and each member of staff had their own expertise. I saw a doctor, I saw a cbt specialist, I saw an occupational therapist, each aspect of my frame of reference was catered for. This team is A1, they gave me hope for the future, a completely positive experience.
