I attended for bereavement counselling with Maura, at Ballymote family resource centre, who from the very start made me feel comfortable, heard and safe. She established with me aspects that I wanted to discuss, she highlighted aspects that showed that I hadn’t realised that needed addressing. She was very supportive and I noticed a difference in myself by the second session. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or not wanting to return, it was the complete opposite. I am truly thankful for her support and the service.
