"Kindness, dedication, and care"

I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support my daughter, has received through her mental health therapy with Anna Marie at Camhs in Sligo.

She made significant progress over the course of her sessions. Before beginning therapy she faced challenges with anxiety, low mood and difficult expressing her emotions. Since working with Anna Marie, I have seen real, meaningful improvements in her emotional resilience and overall well-being. 

Anna Marie has created a safe and supportive space where my daughter feels truly heard and  understood. Through thoughtful guidance and evidence based strategies, my daughter has learned how to better  manage her thought's and feelings, build health coping skills, and develop a more positive sense of self. 

As a parent, I also learned how to better support my daughter in her daily life. The open communication and shared goals between home and therapy had made a real difference in how we navigate difficult moments together. 

While she still has work ahead of hear, I am proud of how far she come and feel hopeful for what lies ahead.
