"Seamless procedure"

I was referred to cardiology and had first Outpatient Appointment recently.  From being checked in at reception to seeing the clinic nurse, having ECG taken, reviewed by consultant, subsequent investigations completed (angiogram and echocardiogram) -  the process was seamless. 

Every practitioner was professional, kind, caring and most of all compassionate through a anxious period of time for me. 

I felt like I was listened to and was given time to relay and discuss concerns
