"Panic attacks and irrational thoughts"

About: Sligo/Leitrim Mental Health Services

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with a tumour in my knee, I went through chemotherapy and an operation to remove most of it, during this time my long-term relationship broke down, I would always have had depression but this time it was very bad along with frequent panic attacks. I am grateful for the support ive received to help with this.

Many thanks for taking the time to post, your feedback is much appreciated. It is always important to reach out when our mental health takes a dip, and can this can often be the case when we have physical health problems as well. I am glad you found the support helpful, and the team and I wish you all the best on your recovery journey.
