"Exceptional A&E experience"

I attended A&E this evening with my daughter, we were seen in pediatric a&e & from the minute we walked in & met nurse Hannah who was so fast efficiency & kind towards my daughter & we were quickly seen by Dr Marcus who without a doubt provided the Rolls royce of hospital service he was so good at his job (the medical student Canadian girl had stayed late on a fri evening to learn from him) & his bedside manner was amazing while also explaining everything to my child, myself & the medical student he after listening to my daughter story as to how the accident happened he asked her to wait after he had completed her procedure & he gave her cupcakes 🧁 she was over the moon 

I am so grateful to all the staff tonight who made my daughters stressfull & painful evening so much more relaxed, 

You do not get as much gratitude or pay as you deserve
