(as the patient),

Doctor that I saw was very dismissive and condescending towards my concerns.

Made feel like a burden as they said they were busy and basically told to just get on with it.

Hi

I understand that the Doctor may have been busy or under pressure on a certain day so I don't want it to seem like I was unhappy with the service as a whole.

Any time I attended and met with a member of the day service the were very kind and understanding with me and listened so overall the service was very good.
