"Highly efficient purple pathway"

I recently presented in Sligo ED having incurred a minor head injury which required 6 staples while in a nearby play centre (made for a quite a tale!). While in Sligo ED I received the most wonderful care; from the helpful receptionist, to the lovely triage nurse and the fantastic Doctor Kelsey who did my staples. I am from another area and only had experience of a different ED department but I found the difference between there and Sligo ED like night and day, which is concerning to say the least.
