"Weekly Play Therapy"

About: Independent sector / Ballymote FRC Family Therapeutic Services

(as a service user),

Play therapy has been an excellent experience.  We see the difference both and home and in school on the days he has play therapy.  Unfortunately the benefits dont last, but its amazing to have it on a weekly basis.  My son absolutely loves going to play therapy and skips out the door with his visual of the building and looks forward to seeing Eadaoin.

Even though I feel we have a long way to go, I feel my son is able to express his emotions better and seems to communicate a little better with us.

I like that I can share an experience/ incident that has happened during the week (mainly at school with his peers) with the play therapist Eadaoin and she is able to work through it with my son.
