When I was really struggling with my mental health, the help I got from EIP and Sligo mental health services was so important.
The team especially nurse Tara and Dr McGuire was kind and understanding, creating a safe place where I could talk about my feelings. They provided support through therapy sessions and useful coping strategies that helped me deal with my problems.
The regular check-ins and support groups made me feel less alone, showing me that others were going through similar things. Overall, their care and support really helped me on my path to feeling better, and I am very grateful for everything they did for me.
