(as a service user),

So the past 4 years I’ve been going down hill a lot after losing my baby and as the anniversary was coming up I started to go  real low and the The anniversary went by I said that I couldn’t do it anymore I took an overdose but I instantly regretted it and the Crisis Resolution team helped me so much to get me back on my feet and I’m getting better so thank you so much for helping me out when I thought it wasn’t possible.

So thank you for everything you all have been doing
