(as the patient),

I was very lucky to have been in the care of the Crisis Resolution Team in Sligo. I was having an episode of severe Anxiety/Depression without seeing a way out of it. Luckily I got in touch with the team and they provided comfort and support through their numerous house visits and phone calls. Their team includes psychiatrists, therapists and nurses all welling to provide the utmost care to get you out of Crisis.

Many thanks for taking the time to post your feedback, it is much appreciated and I am glad that you feel you benefitted from the service. Severe Anxiety and Depression can be very disabling and, as you say, it can be difficult to see a way out when you are in the middle of a mental health crisis.
