(as a service user),

I was under the care of the HSE metal health service I'm County Sligo for a number of years for the last four years I was under the mental health care team in Ballymote Co Sligo . The problems started when I was assigned a new community psychiatric nurse which took some time to connect with then that nurse moved and I was assigned another nurse and another and another four different nurses in three years 

The last nurse I could not connect with and I often felt been talked down to .I was going through a very bad time and felt little or no support anyway it ended three months ago when I was discharged from her care so I have had to battle my depression on my own ever since I feel totally let down by the metal health service in Ballymote Co Sligo .regards single middle aged man.
