"Mental health services Donegal"

I attended the gp in September 2021 and asked to be referred for adult ADHD diagnosis. The referral wasn't sent as I waited a few months and called numerous times and I was assured it had been sent to Donegal Mental Health services. This took over a year and many phonecalls and in person requests I finally attended an appointment with Donegal Mental Health services in early 2023 around March/April. I have rang Sligo Adhd clinic around 6 times over the past number of months( they have been so helpful). They haven't received any referral from this department.

I have called so many times and there is never any answer from HSE mental health services. This is appalling due to the nature of this clinic. I have struggling all my life with this condition and I feel it is unacceptable that my referral hasn't been sent. It is very sad to think of the outcome for patients and family members of patients that are trying to contact this clinic.
