(as a relative),

Our family experience was positive.  My mum was visited every day from the beginning.  Staff helped with pills, talked to her helped actually with everything they could even if it was not only health problems.

I felt that my mothers health is now under control.    If I cant do it myself I know I had staff to contact and to help.  

Nothing could have been better.   It was perfect.  

Thanks a million for what you are doing!
