"My experience with ballymote primary care team"

About: Sligo Leitrim Mental Health ID service

(as a service user),

I was forgotten about and my referral wasn't passed on to the appropriate team. I feel let down and disappointed and like I don't matter. My life is greatly affected by the issue I went to see them  about and after 6 months I chased them for an update which is when I found out there had been an oversight and I was forgotten about and that my waiting period was about to begin all over again. Let down, disappointed, ashamed to name a few of the emotions I felt
