"Excellent A&E experience"

About: Letterkenny General Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

We had a great experience today in A&E Letterkenny General Hospital Thanks to all the staff and the new PURPLE PATHWAY for minor injuries,

Checkin staff: great communication skills.

Triage Nurse: she was a gem, very kind and caring toward myself and my grand daughter. She took her time and was very patient x

The tea lady and man made sure everyone was looked after.

Registrar: A master at work, he spoke gently and had a nice caring nature towards the wee lady, he knows his stuff and got the job done no messing around (i didn't catch his name but he's moving to a consultant post soon, Good Luck).

Xray team: A young fella looked after us, he was so jolly in nature, he was so funny and kind to the wee one, he gives out good vibes to patients, the xray team are blessed to have him on their team.

Specialised Nurse:

Ciaran looked after us as well, he was a gent, they were so so busy but he comes across calm and collected, he applied a boot to the wee ones foot being gentle and chatting away to her, it was a pleasure to be looked after by Ciaran.

We were treated in A&E for a fractured ankle and were seen and away within 3hours.
