The crisis team were great when in the hospital and especially when being discharged home as I hadn't suffered a panic attack in a couple of years and I was discharged from the mental health team in 2018. So when I suffered that panic attack, I just needed reassurance that it will pass and I can get the techniques back for breathing properly through them.
