Waiting on mental health service. Appointment at 10am. Doing everything to be there on time.
No receptionist, had to go looking. A few others waiting. All arrive, no receptionist so I tell them where they can find some one.
Waiting.....
An hour goes by, "someone will check" nothing.
Called in quarter to 12. Apology for wait, everyone was booked in at the same time, will see if anyone else around for there is one last lady waiting!!! Makes no common sense at all.
"Waiting."
