"100% on my side"

I have been a service user with the Sligo mental health service for over a year now since I moved from Mayo where I was with the Mayo mental health service. in my time with the Sligo mental health service and especially being part of the early intervention in psychosis, I have dealt with a lot of fantastic people who have helped me tremendously such as my CBT therapist Sharon and my OT Geraldine who have both always done everything they possibly could to help me and have been extremely friendly the whole time.

I would especially like to mention my key worker Tara who is one of the nicest people I have ever met and from day one I have felt she was 100% on my side and willing to help in anyway she can, which she has helped tremendously resolving any issues that arise like problems with my prescriptions with the pharmacy she always fixes as soon as humanly possible.

I have had a great experience with the Sligo mental health service which has aided greatly with my recovery, which I have come along far more than I feel I would have if I was with a team who weren't as fantastic as the one I have.
