"A very enlightening experience"

First and last you were accepted for what you are. You were recognised as unique and, above all, treated with overwhelming sympathy.

My group was really too small and could have done with more input from service users.

The atmosphere was informal and encouraging. The welcome twice a week, was genuine and always included a cup of tea.

Somehow or other there need to be a follow-on so as to cement acceptance and understanding.

All in all it was very enlightening from all concerned and I benefitted greatly.
