"Improvements needed"

Disappointed with the nurses if in hospital and on discharge they don't want to come and take you home even though they know I've no family. If it's over their time at 5 o'clock they will leave you there, I've tried at times to stick up for myself but to no avail.

Times I was very sad how can they do this. Also my experience of one senior nurse made me feel they should be removed from in there. There should also be a review on meds if they make you very tired, at least every 6 months as I was sleeping too much and as you get older they can be too strong for your body and mind.

They never take you anywhere, everything is no, that makes me very sad. 

Improvements needed badly in my opinion.
