(as a service user),

talking about video consultation specifically - I think it is as good as face to face consultation. with added comfort of being at home - no time wasted on travelling.

Dear Amitabh,

Thank you for your feedback. As a service we are always exploring ways to offer more choice for people, and Telehealth is something that can offer people an alternative. Telehealth indeed reduces the need to travel, and also allows for flexibility for instance for those that work or have child care issues.

We are aware that not everyone has access to the required technology and adequate internet connections, so we are also trialling the use of community digital hubs. This will be a place in the community where people who don’t have the facilities can still avail of video consultations.
