"Endoscopy unit, Day services,"

I was treated today in the endoscopy unit in Letterkenny University Hospital.

From the moment I walked in the door until I left , I was treated in a very professional caring manner.

I was very apprehensive about the procedure but the staff were all very supportive and encouraging.

Everything was explained, there was no delay and I was very well taken care off.

Thank you to all staff members..they are so busy and are all working overtime to try and clear their waiting list, but I did not feel as if I was just a number.
