"My mum fell down the stairs"

Hi, my mum fell down the stairs early September, she was taken by ambulance to Sligo General A&E they kept her 8hrs they did not x-ray her bruised head, shoulder, leg (red + Swollen). They told her if she wanted to go to the toilet she had to go herself.

My mum was showing signs of stress and is currently on Depixol 30mg, she grew increasingly agitated and they called me to bring her home, I brought her to her GP the following day, the GP gave me a letter but mum wouldn't return to A&E until 2 days after the first visit.  Where she sat a further 6hrs before being given a CT scan and a leg/hip x-ray.

During this x-ray a young person who carried out this x-ray humiliated my mother by laughing at her and calling a man orderly for assistance, while my mother was half dressed and unwell.

A lovely older lady helping out was very nice and very respectful after that and the lady Doctor that afternoon was wonderful.
