(as a student nurse),

I get help from Liscarney as a carer who has anxiety. I find their services extremely good I have no fault with them. I think Liscarney is a great place to come for people to get help. The staff are as far as I am concerned, brilliant and make you feel very comfortable. You can relax in the atmosphere. I wouldn't have any trouble advising people to come here for help.

Dear Decemberliscarney2019user, thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the care and support you received at Liscarney acute day hospital. Anxiety can be extremely disabling and may impact on many aspects of our lives so learning to understand anxiety as well as better manage it is essential to improve our own sense of well-being and contentment. The acute day hospital provides a care intervention programme,( including anxiety management), which allows those attending to develop their understanding of anxiety and learn specific strategies to lessen its negative impact.
