"I feel supported but would like more time"

About: Sligo Leitrim Mental Health ID service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel supported. The staff help me with my thoughts and my feelings. The Doctor is very good and the medication helps me. I feel that I need more time when I am at the clinic. 

I attended a group before and I would like to attend more of these in the future.

Dear castorjq68

Thank you for taking the time to give the MHID team some valuable feedback about the service you are receiving from us.

We realise that our clinics can be very busy places but if you need more time we are happy to arrange this for you. Please can you call me or Dr Rauf and we will book you an appointment at the end of the clinic. We can also then discuss with you the groups we plan to run in the near future, putting your name down for any that you are interested in. If you have any ideas about groups you would like us to run please also tell us about this when you call.
