(as the patient),

I have been really unwell awhile ago, so I rang for help and got through to Andy who is a nurse. He called out to see me, and over the last few months he has being brill, he is the best nurse out there. I can not say enough about him. He got me out of a deep black hole. So I would like to say a big THANK YOU to him.

I meet with service users and sometimes with their families. I assess psychological problems and provide psychological interventions in an effort to help service users overcome their difficulties.
