"OCD"

I began having troublesome thoughts five years ago whist living in County Westmeath. I spoke to my GP who seemed to care but then transferred me to another doctor who basically didn't care.

So I changed GP and was referred to the clinic in the area. They are very busy there and I didn't feel I was getting the one on one help I needed. Although I was diagnosed with OCD.

A couple of years later I decided to move to Carrick on Shannon, I was there about a year when I decided to talk to someone again. So I went to a medical centre and was referred to the mental health clinic, which got me a appointment with Assumpta the therapist. Through some light medication and OCD therapy, I now feel there is light at the end of the tunnel and feel the best I have in 5 years.
