When you come into Liscarney House, it is like when you are talking to staff, they talk to you individually on your own. They make eye contact and listen so well. You feel like you are the only person they are concerned about. They ring me when I don't turn up to Liscarney House to see if I am all right.

Everything you could ask for is here. I tell everyone I meet how great it is. Its important for me to be able to talk here. You can voice your opinions to Kevin the Manager and whether he agrees or not, we never fall out. Thanks to all the staff.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences about Liscarney House acute day hospital and I apologize for not responding sooner. The day hospital provides a programme of intervention aimed to both assess your specific needs and to support those needs. The staff are from a variety of professional backgrounds (Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, Medicine and Psychology) and hope to use their specific skills to help individuals return to well health as quickly as possible. The multidisciplinary team work closely with individuals and their families using a recovery based model, and value your unique contributions always. Thanks again for your comments and I wish you good health and a successful recovery.
