(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been long in receipt of the mental service so I cannot say whether it is working for me or not. The staff are fairly good and do their best. The process is fairly slow and needs to be speeded up a bit.

Thanks for posting your feedback on behalf of the person who has been attending the Ballymote Day Centre and to the person who has provided this feedback to you, please pass on our thanks and share our response with them.

We really welcome feedback such as this about the services we are providing locally. It’s positive to hear that you think staff are doing their best. I wonder about the experience of finding the process slow. Is there something more we could do that may be helpful? We would welcome their further thoughts on what we may need to be doing better.
