"Care received right up to my mother's death was exceptional"

About: Sligo General Hospital / Emergency department

(as a carer),

My Mum had a fall sustaining multiple fractures, she was taken by ambulance to Sligo Regional Hospital, the care my Mum received from the moment the ambulance crew arrived until the moment of her death, was exceptional. Each dept that was involved in her care, treated her with the greatest professionalism, dignity, respect, kept her family informed, realistically prognosing, expected outcomes at each stage of care.
