Last year a member of my family was treated for cancer in St Vincents Hospital in Dublin. I would like to thank all the staff in Vincents who were very accommodating and allowed me to visit outside visiting hours. There was one problem however, as I was travelling from outside Dublin I had to use the car park. I understand that you have to pay for parking but some reduced rate for visitors of patients would be a huge help. High parking rates shouldn't decided when you visit and how long you stay. Supporting your family in hospital should not cost so much.
