I could not get any satisfaction from a number of doctors I called to. They kept changing treatments as the condition worsened. I decided to call to the dermatology unit in Drogheda.

The nurse reluctantly took my details but despite my pleadings the so called busy dermatologists would not afford me 5 minutes of their time. That was 10 weeks ago and i have since reveived no correspondence from the dermatology department.

Fortunately i got to see a private dermatologist.

My point is simple. I feel that he health service in this country needs revolutionary changes. I personally believe all public services should be privatised and only then wil the public get value for money.
